- 19:00 – Youth in Concert (EYBB in concert with Riska Brass Band and Rogaland Ungdomskorps) Tickets.
- 19:00 – Formal reception - by invitation only, Ledaal
- 20:15 – Finals of the European Conductors Competition and award ceremony, Fartein Valen
- 10:30 – Opening Ceremony - by invitation only, Tou Scene
